You can efile your amended return in near future

On May 28th, 2020, IRS announced that in late summer, taxpayers will be able to file their amended tax return electronically for the first time. Currently IRS received about 3 million paper return annually, and it normally takes 6-8 weeks to process. With this new inplementation, it will make the tax filling much easier and reduce error arising with paper filing. Stay tuned.
